1.1. Access to the various car parks must only be granted in accordance with the general terms and conditions, which are an integral part of the Parking Agreement concluded between the User and Park & Vous. These terms and conditions apply to bookings of other services provided by Park & Vous.
1.2. Parking Agreements are concluded:
In the event of a dispute regarding the use or not of the Car Park, the presence of the User (and his vehicle) in the Car Park or the PMS registration must be the decisive factor.
2.1 The user can only reserve a space by completing the reservation form for the desired parking product via the Park & Vous website (or via a third party's website) at the prices mentioned. A user is entitled to park in the Car Park mentioned on the booking and nowhere else.
2.2. A reservation must be made at least 3 hours before the start of the parking period and will only be validated according to availability. If the pitches are not (or no longer) available, Park & Vous will not accept the reservation and will notify the user as soon as possible.
2.3. The user must mention the start and end dates of the parking period in the booking form. Once the user has made his choice, he will be able to read the application rate. Payment is then made via the Mollie platform. Once the booking has been validated, the user accepts the terms and conditions and a parking agreement is concluded between him and Park & Vous.
2.4. No parking agreement will be made if the online payment is declined. The user will be informed.
2.5. Park & Vous will send a confirmation of your booking by email to the email address provided. This confirmation will serve as proof and the content, including a PDF and a QR code, as agreement. The reservation can be changed by email at least 24 hours before the start of the parking period. If the cancellation occurs later, the parking fee will not be refunded.
3.1. Payment for your order is made through the Mollie platform. Mollie is a secure and efficient online payment infrastructure. It is PCI-DSS level 1 certified, which is the highest level of security.
3.2. If you are a recurring customer and have already made a payment by Mollie on our site, you will be able to pay simply with a few clicks via your computer or smartphone without taking out your credit card.
3.3. At no time do we have access to your card numbers. Mollie being secure and taking care of the entire payment process. Your confidential data is encrypted.
4.1. Only a valid parking confirmation authorises the user, any motor vehicle or individual to access the Car Park.
4.2. The user has access to the car park on the date mentioned on their booking.
4.3. A random parking space within the Car Park must be made available to the user, unless the user and Park & Vous have entered into an agreement in advance whereby a specific space or area is designated within the Car Park.
4.4. Entering and exiting the Car Park is only possible during opening hours. Opening hours are determined by Park & Vous, and Park & Vous can change the opening hours at any time.
4.5. If the key to the motor vehicle is handed over to the Car Park, Park & Vous may move the motor vehicle at any time if it deems it necessary.
4.6. Park & Vous has the right to refuse access to the Car Park to any vehicle if it deems that it could cause damage to the surrounding area, given its size and/or weight or the items it is transporting in the broad sense.
4.7. Vehicles that have been parked in a manner contrary to the applicable regulations may be removed by Park & Vous at any time at the user's expense and risk and placed outside the Car Park if necessary.
5.1. The user has access to and uses the Parking at his/her own risk.
5.2. The User must follow the instructions of Park & Vous staff, any road signs and speed regulations, as well as the instructions for safe driving.

6.1. The User must pay a Parking Fee to use the Parking Lot. These are calculated in accordance with the rates set by Park & Vous and the period during which the motor vehicle has been in the Parking.
6.2. Prices are displayed on the Park & Vous website. Park & Vous reserves the right to change these prices. These rates include VAT.
6.3. Park & Vous has the right to refuse (even temporarily) to the user and/or the vehicle access to and use of any Parking.
7.1. Shuttle transport from the Car Park is included in the booking price.
7.2. A supplement to the booking may be requested by your driver for the access of your shuttle to the terminal. This applies according to the access conditions of the terminal in question. Please contact your interlocutor directly to find out more.
7.3. Shuttle transport from the airport on your return is included in the booking price.
7.4. The user is obliged to respect the schedules previously entered in their booking in order to guarantee the best transport service to all Park & Vous customers.
7.5. In the event of a delay, Park & Vous requests to be notified by the user as soon as possible. Whether it is about arrival or departure.
7.6. Free transport is limited to 5 people. Each additional person consists of an additional €5 included in the calculation of the user's reservation. It is not possible to add other people at the last minute.
7.7. Leaving personal belongings in the vehicle is at the user's own risk.
8.1. The Parking Agreement between the User and Park & Vous includes the appropriate security. This does not include permanent individual monitoring of the vehicle. Park & Vous excludes any liability in the event of damage, theft or loss of the vehicle or any other property belonging to the user or passengers.
8.2. Park & Vous cannot be held liable for failures attributable to the use of the car park or other services, provided by or on behalf of Park & Vous in the car park, unless the user is able to demonstrate gross negligence or intentional negligence on the part of Park & Vous.
8.3. The user is responsible for any damage caused or resulting from the use of the car park. Any damage to the parking lot or equipment caused by the user must be paid for on the spot.
9.1. Park & Vous reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.

10.1. Any dispute between the parties concerned by these general terms and conditions will be exclusively managed by the court of Namur.
11.1. Changing personal data or the arrival and/or departure time of a booking can be made no later than 24 hours before your arrival at the car park via the previous general email address below.
